Withdraw from contract
Use this form to withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period. You'll get a confirmation of receipt by e-mail straight away.
How this works
As a consumer in the EU or the UK you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This form is the quickest way to tell us.
- Enter your name, your order number and the e-mail address you used for the order.
- Check your details and press Confirm withdrawal.
- We immediately send you an e-mail confirming the date and time we received your withdrawal. We then contact you about returning the items and your refund.
