Who we are

This online shop at serovelle.shop is operated by CUSTOM CLOTHING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08473234, registered office Unit 5 Avenue Business Park, Brockley Road, Elsworth, Cambridge, CB23 4EY, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers. We sell to individual customers for their own use. The language of the contract is the language you use on the website; the English version is provided alongside every translation.

Products

Product pages describe each item, what is in the box, its size, materials and care. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual fabric. Items used in photos to show scale or use (for example pens, tools, towels, scissors or clothing worn under the apron) are not included unless they are listed under “In the box”.

SEROVELLE products are general workwear. They are not personal protective equipment and are not designed to protect against heat, flames, hot liquids, chemicals, cuts or punctures.

Ordering and contract

1. Choose your items and add them to your bag. The configurator and the rig list add each selected product as a separate line.
2. At checkout, enter your details, choose a delivery address and payment method, and review your order. You can correct any input errors before you submit.
3. By clicking Place order and pay you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your bag.
4. We send you an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or dispatching the goods, whichever happens first.

We store the text of the contract. You receive the order details and these terms by e-mail, and you can view past orders in your account if you created one.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address. In that case, any amount already charged is refunded in full without delay.

Prices and currencies

All prices include applicable taxes (such as VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately in your bag and at checkout before you place your order; see Shipping.

You can choose to see prices and pay in USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF. Prices in currencies other than USD are converted from our USD prices at a fixed rate that we update from time to time, and rounded. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout in the currency you selected. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion and fees.

There are no discounts, coupons or promotions on this website unless a promotion page states otherwise, together with its conditions.

Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your payment is charged when you place the order. Card payments appear on your statement as SEROVELLE.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page. We dispatch within 1–3 business days; delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. The withdrawal information, the model withdrawal form and our returns process are on the Returns & refunds page; you can also withdraw online here.

Guarantee and faulty goods

You have the statutory rights for goods that are faulty or not as described: in the EU the legal guarantee of conformity (at least two years from delivery), in the UK your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not give any additional commercial guarantee. Normal wear from use, damage from misuse, washing against the care instructions, or alterations are not faults.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent and gross negligence, and where liability cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for breach of contract is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for this kind of contract. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and disputes

If something isn’t right, please contact support@serovelle.shop first. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Governing law

These terms and any contract under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it and sent to you with your order confirmation.
